Periodical Meeting with Non-Federated Associations/Union with Secretary/D.G. (Posts), New Delhi on 18.09.2024

Periodical Meeting with Non-Federated Associations/Union with Secretary/D.G. (Posts), New Delhi on 18.09.2024. As per Hon'ble Directorate (SR Section) vide letter No. 02-01/2024-SR-DOP dated 02.09.2024, this association attended periodical meeting on 18.09.2024 along with other 06 non-federated associations: -

• 1. Postal Officer's Association (India)
• 2. All India Association of Inspectors and ASP
• 3. All India Postal Engineers Association
• 4. All India Postal Stenographers Association
• 5. All India Savings Bank Control Employees Union
• 6. All India Gramin Dak Sewak Union

The following points of this association were discussed: -

• 1. Conferring Gazetted Status to HSG-I Cadre (Supporting Points were well defined in our association letter No. AIASC CHQ-75/2024 dated 16.09.2024).
• 2. Issuing revised merger guidelines & DPCs for HSG-II, HSG-I, HSG-I (NFG) (Supporting points were well defined in our association Letter No. AIASC CHQ-76/2024 dated 16.09.2024).
• HSG-I (NFG) for all HSG-I Cadre after 02 years services irrespective number of posts (Supporting Points were well defined in our association letter No. AIASC CHQ-77/2024 dated 16.09.2024).

Shri Jagdeep Gupta DDG (P) Sir welcomed the representatives of all associations/unions and introduced with Madam Secretary (Posts) and aware about achievements of Departments of Posts, India and other welfare works of the DoP for last one year

Hon'ble Madam Vandita Kaul Secretary (Posts) & Madam Manju Pandey Member (P) listened our points with keen interest and took it positive and issued directions to Establishment Division to re-examine and put up & take further necessary action.  And also advised to this association to raise issues with more details after go thorough departmental rules and DoPT guidelines enable to Directorate to take positive decision. Discussion were held in healthy atmosphere and assured that DoP will do every efforts in positive action with its employees.
