AIASC (Gr. B) General Secretary and CHQ President Shri Balveer Singh attended Periodical Meeting in G.P. Roy Committee Room, 2nd Floor, Dak Bhawan under the Chairmanship of Hon'ble D.G. (Posts) at 10.30 AM on 22.12.2022 alongwith other non-federated associations like Postal Officers Association (India), All India Postal Stenographers Association, All India Association of Inspectors and Assistant Superintendent Posts, All India Savings Bank Control Employees Union, All India Gramin Dak Sevaks Union & Postal Engineers Association (Now called All India Postal Engineers' Association). The meeting was with Hon'ble Secretary (Posts), D.G. (Posts), DDG (PBI), DDG (Est.), Chief Engineer (Civil Wing), Director (SR & Legal), Director (SPN), ADG (GDS), ADG (SR & Legal) & other Directorate authorities.
Hon'ble Secretary (Posts) has preceded the meeting and Hon'ble D.G. (Posts) conducted the session is coherent manner.

Hon'ble Directorate assurance on Adenda items: -
Agenda No. 1 = Will be considered.
Agenda No. 2 = Directorate will look into if discrepancies be bring notice of Hon'ble Directorate.
Agenda No. 3 = Non feasible as HSG-I (NFG) is not a separate Cadre & granted after HSG-I on completion of two years in HSG-I.
During meeting tea & snacks were served to all representatives. After meeting, lunch were provided. The Hon'ble Secy (Posts) & DG (Posts) and all other higher officers accompany during lunch. Meeting was in positive manner. Some memories during meeting: -
